About the Platform
Organic Youth connects young people from across the Czech organic sector—from farms, schools, research, consultancy, processing, to market distribution.
We aim to create a space where people can get to know each other, share experience, and build collaborations—shaped by those who get involved, with organizational backing from Czech Organics. Just as a strong international network has always been vital to our work, we want to connect with similar associations abroad too—sharing experience and inspiration, and inspiring others in return.

Leadership in the Czech organic sector is ageing, and young people lack a space to connect, exchange ideas, and grow into these roles — a place to express their needs, build relationships, and shape the sector’s future. By connecting them today, we help ensure there will be people ready to lead organic farming in the Czech Republic tomorrow, bringing international experience, openness, and fresh energy
