advisory services
We provide independent advisory services for organic farming, grounded in practical experience and backed by research.

Our approach
Building Resilient Farms
We work with you through long-term partnerships or one-off consultations—whatever fits your farm. Everything we recommend is agronomically sound, economically viable, and adapted to your local conditions.
Our advisory helps you respond to climate change, soil degradation, and regulatory requirements, while building a more resilient organic system that works for your farm.
CORE ADVISORY AREAS

Crop Rotation Optimisation
Crop rotation is one of the key pillars of organic farming. A well-designed rotation helps keep soils fertile, reduces weed and pest pressure, and makes nutrient use more efficient over time. We start by understanding your farm conditions and current rotation, then design a plan that works agronomically, logistically, and economically.
We design crop rotations with a focus on:
● long-term soil fertility
● organic matter balance
● efficient use of machinery
● liming and plant nutrition
● management of farmyard manure and cover crops.

Soil Sampling and Analysis
Good decisions start with good soil data. We organise professional soil sampling and work with external laboratories to generate detailed results you can actually use. You receive a clear interpretation and an action plan—what to improve, how to do it, and what to prioritise for your fields.
In cooperation with external laboratories.
● professional soil sampling
● clustering of soil units for efficient analysis
● soil analysis (100+ physico-chemical parameters)
● interpretation reports and implementation plans
Outputs include concrete recommendations for soil and crop nutrition and long-term yield
stability.

Plant Nutrition and Soil Fertility
In organic systems, nutrition is about building soil function—not just “feeding the crop.” We help you choose practical strategies to improve nutrient availability and soil biology using inputs and methods compatible with organic principles. The goal is healthier plants, stronger soils, and more stable performance under variable weather.
Advisory services include:
● selection and composition of multi-component liming materials and micronutrients
● compost extracts and microbial products
● seed inoculation
● active nutrient mobilisation
All recommendations follow organic farming principles.

Machinery for Organic Farming
The right machinery setup can save time, reduce costs, and make organic management much more reliable. We advise on equipment and working practices for reduced tillage, mechanical weed control, and seeding—based on what fits your soils, crops, and farm capacity. The focus is always on real field performance and labour efficiency.
We advise on machinery and technologies for:
● reduced tillage systems
● mechanical control of annual and perennial weeds
● seeding equipment and combined technologies
The focus is on functionality in organic systems and labour efficiency.

Variety Selection and Cover Crop Mixtures
Varieties and cover crops can make or break a season—especially under drought and erosion risk. We recommend crop varieties suited to organic conditions and design cover crop mixtures that match your rotation and soil needs. The result is better soil structure, improved nutrient cycling, and stronger system resilience.
We provide:
● recommendations of crop varieties suitable for organic farming
● tailor-made cover crop mixtures based on crop rotation and soil condition

Field Block Optimisation
Field layout affects everything: erosion risk, fuel use, efficiency, and day-to-day logistics. We help optimise field blocks to reduce wind and water erosion, support compliance requirements (e.g., DZES 5), and improve access and workflows. Small layout changes often lead to big operational benefits.
● optimisation of field block layout
● reduction of wind and water erosion
● compliance with DZES 5
● reduced fuel and seed consumption
● improved access and field logistics

Agroforestry
Agroforestry can strengthen farm resilience by improving microclimate, soil protection, and biodiversity—while adding long-term value to the landscape. We support the full process, from design and planning to permits, subsidy applications, planting logistics, and project supervision. The aim is a system that is practical, compliant, and built to last.
Comprehensive agroforestry advisory services including:
● system design
● permits, exemptions, and subsidy applications
● organisation of planting works
● project supervision and compliance with subsidy rules

Every Farm is Different
Your farm has unique soils, climate, and challenges. That's why we don't offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we identify which advisory areas matter most for your situation, then stack them into a customized plan that actually works for your farm.
Whether you need soil health support combined with crop rotation planning, or machinery advice paired with climate resilience strategies, we combine the right blocks to build the system you need.
